It is possible! An enjoyable really low cal, healthy, filling lunch! 1/2 baked chicken breast and a bowl of fresh steamed broccoli (peppered only) was approx 190 calories.
Now I don't have to feel guilty about my 300+ calorie Nut/Seed/Berry Snack mixture :) I'm still questioning that foods so high in calorie can help burn belly fat, but that's what I read. (almonds, walnuts, sunny seeds...)

A whole weekend with NO alcohol! I feel great! And, I've exercised 3-days in a row and will continue to do so! Very motivated and have no desire to fail my own self-challenges!

9am bootcamp this morning! Very proud of myself for getting out of bed and heading out into the 38 degree weather for some serious butt kicking exercising :) Worked out last night instead of drinking! 1 down 40 days to go...(no alcohol)
