Ugh,I'm so over this :o( Not even 4 lbs. in 4 weeks this is awful seriously. I have been eating the correct amount of calories and everything and working out at least 3 times a week. What more do I have to do. Starve?! I've been tracking my calories on caloriecounter.com just because there was a lactation diet option which made is easy for me since I'm still nursing but god.....it's so hard to stay positive when the scale NEVER moves. :-(
