Today I lifted back and arms. I also played soccer for 35 minutes.

Kick butt challenge completed today. Lifted legs and shoulders. I biked 25 minutes and kicked a soccer ball for around 20 minutes today
on 9-27.

Weigh in at 1900 after drinking 3 glasses of water. I have only slept 4-5 hours in two separate times after working all night and going to my son's soccer. I will weigh in after work in the AM for a truer weight.
