Last chance workout for weigh in tomorrow - to be honest though that’s my average for the week. Sleep well everyone. Tomorrow I weigh in.

Kind of bragging about this one, but this was delicious. Pasta made with brown rice and spinach, and fried some onion, red pepper, mushrooms, peas, and salmon with a small amount of tomato/portobello mushroom sauce. SOOOOOO good!

So I’m not trying to get huge, but I’m full most of the day with what I’m eating. Nutritionist said I should only have about a 500 - 700 calorie deficit each day to avoid starve mode. I’m topping up calories and protein. Half of a half serving.

I read that when our dogs look at us, their brains release the same chemical endorphins as ours do when we look at someone we love. Our dogs love us! Dogs are my favourite.
