It was about 11:30 at night and the step counter read 19,864 steps and I thought I’d take a short walk to get to 20,000. I ended up at this number but hey, it felt great to get to that number of steps.

I ate junk yesterday, and I felt terrible. I think I’m cured of my addiction to shit food :-D

On June 29, 2018 I am proud to have weighed in at 266 lbs. I have basically lost 30lbs in 7 weeks. I have a long ‘weigh’ to go but thank all of you for the support you show to me and to each other. I have not yet told my family that I am doing this yet.

On May 8th I had started this journey with the realization I had become the fat guy. I weighed 296lbs. The first time I saw the scale I jumped off and was in shock. It took me about 15 minutes of pacing around the gym bathroom before I took this picture

Yup, too much weight loss this week but the number feels good to my mind. Need to slow it down and increase my calorie intake.
