It was a good week and I did a good job staying on track. I was pressed for exercise time, next week will be a bit better...hope to get in an interval walk today. Compliment from sis in law last night, wants me to converse with my brother as she has noted how well I have turned my life around. Very nice! I also zipped into a pair of Capri's that I couldn't two months ago. So patting myself on the back.........

Back to work this week after a week of vacation....really hard to get back into the swing of things. I actually lost 2 pounds on vacation, lots of hiking. It's amazing, isn't it, what you don't eat when it's not available? We packed only healthier stuff...and it paid off. I even had wine a few nights around the campfire, but no somores!
Maybe I should be on vacation all the time, at least as a state of mind!
