Llevo desde el 6 de Junio en el peso que me había marcado como deseado. Y he bajado “sin querer” algo más porque la clave de mi éxito ha sido cambiar el hábito de llenarme “hasta no poder comer más”
Ahora me doy algún capricho y como de todo pero sobretodo en la cena nunca acabo llenísima, si no sin sensación de hambre.

Quiero compartir el resultado de perder los 3 kilos que me había marcado porque me ha ayudado mucho esta app. Siempre he hecho deporte y mantenido el mismo peso pero a veces me descuido y subo algo porque como sano pero en abundancia! Ahora a mantener!
