I am guessing most of it is water weight. I stepped on the scale tonight, and was pumped to see that I am down 2 of the 5lbs!! YAY!!!!

Well, thank you Thanksgiving. I don't know exactly where the 5lbs came from. So Im going to go and put it all in my journal and see what I ate that made me gain 5 POUNDS in 2 days. RIDICULOUS. Please let it be water retention and Im back to 235 in a week!!!!

I am so happy with todays weigh in!! I am loving slimfast again, and its REALLY working. Thats 3lbs this week!!!

Today is day 3 of the plan.
I messed up yesterday. I decided to do my dinner for lunch, and my shake for dinner to see how it goes. By the time 9 oclock came along, I was so SO SO hungry. I had a little bit of salad, but it didn't help, so I ended up eating almost 3 slices of pizza (threw half of the third out)
Sucks working at a pizza joint let me tell you! LOL
So today, I will do my shake for lunch, make sure I eat my snacks, eat a meal for dinner, and bring one of my muffin bars with me to work. That should help!!
I am down .4 of a lb today!!
