Fresh salad! Butter lettuce, baby tomatoes, red pepper, cucumber, radish, crunchy bean sprouts and delicious nut and seed sprinkle. Filling and light. But I put too much vinaigrette on! You live and learn.

I just hit 200km that I ran this month! I can’t believe it.
The exercise is my contrition for my regular Friday pizza and weekend wine 🍷🍷🍷
We all deserve our occasional guilty pleasures.

I really don’t enjoy running. But yesterday I did my personal best and felt super proud. The most important part of staying healthy is clearly what I eat and drink, but combined with exercise it has much more impact.

Lost a kilo last week. The combination of good sleep, daily exercise and sensible eating and drinking is working nicely. I have my Friday night pizza with my son and wine on Friday and Saturday nights. But the rest of the time it’s healthy food and no drinking.
Two kilos to go…..
