Have been really sore this week, so retained quite a bit of water. Went out for dinner last night and indulged in some snacks, so a slight gain was to be expected. Off to another week on this lifelong journey 😊

😲 I don't know how I did it. I was busting my butt at work, but also enjoyed some cake etc. 😆
But I will take this loss and enjoy it, before the weight starts stalling lol. It always does at some point, doesn't it? 🙃
Tomorrow I will have my consult for the weightloss program and I hope they will be of help to not only help me reach my goal, but keep it off for good this time.

Any loss this week is a surprise. Have been away for a few days and was stressed the rest of the week, so old habits showed up again.
Will do better as of today to reach my next goal and be under 200. The first two goals are reached as of today (lose 20lbs and be under 100kg).
It also looks like there is a spot available with the supervised weightloss program which should give me some added motivation.

I had a day of binging and a day of eating out in the mix this week, plus I didn't drink enough water considering the physical activity I did (temps are still too low to get thirsty during work). So I was expecting a gain or no loss, but I was pleasantly surprised.
The next few days will be a test, as I am dog and house sitting and won't be in my familiar surroundings.
