I added a couple of low impact workouts in this week, as well as a couple extra walks with the dogs. I also cut calories a bit, so here is to keeping this up and seeing a continued downward movement on the scale.

It was a bad weather day today, so I could only work for a little over an hour. Tried to recoup from yesterday, but did a 30 minute dance cardio workout.

OMG! Today was hot and I was so busy at work. Hit a new level of exhaustion lol, but I hope it will pay off on weigh in day... First I gotta be able to move tomorrow 🚶♀️
What does everyone do to treat their body to something good?

Going in the right direction again ↘️
Next goal is to be under 198 and it would be amazing to be there by the beginning of July. I would take sooner lol, but don't want to put too much pressure on me. This has to be sustainable and a long term/life-long thing.
