Eliminated part of the stress, so now I can focus solely back on my kids, wedding, and everything I need to do to move to the UK by the end of the year <3 Oh and of course weight loss. But Im losing so that is all that matters, And Im seeing same results on multiple scales, Now I just need to take everyone's advice and start measuring myself, so hopefully that can be the breakthrough between me not seeing or feeling any different to finally seeing hat everyone else says they see...

Well, another lb down. Maybe I will reach my mini goal by March 14th. The only problem Im having, is it seems like the more I lose, the bigger I think I look and feel, I do not see how this is freaking logically possible. Ugh, I am doing this solely for me. I need to see myself at the size I want to be for my wedding. Maybe there is a part of my brain broken making me not really see the results or something I dont know. But I swear out of everything I have encountered during my weight loss journey, This is by far the worst :(

Well, I was very happy to see that I finally made it under 170, But Im a tad bit worried I may not make it to my mini goal of 165 by March 14th.. The lower you get in weight the harder is to lose it seems, and that is understandable, Plus I keep reminding myself, Muscle weighs more than fat, Muscle weighs more than fat. Muscle burns fat.... Hmmmmm lol. Its been very stressful week for me though, and I still have more stressful weeks to come... Thank God I do workout because it is definitely a major stress reliever.

Ugh stuck between 172-170 -_- Hello body, we need to keep losing, and I cannot do much more without being at a risk for injury! So if we could get back on track, that'd be great!! Remember, Size nine by wedding so I can be the most beautiful bride for me, and for my wonderfully amazing fiance whom deserves nothing but the best, even though he'd argue, Im already perfect... But still.

I had a very hectic day, taking my girls to the Drs. And I kinda maybe slightly binged after, so I will probably be regretting it tomorrow :/ Oh well it happens. Just have to keep pushing on. I really need to get to my goal! Well time to take care of my house, since I havent had the chance today, and will not have it tomorrow since I also have a drs appointment tomorrow. Hopefully they can figure out why I have been feeling so sick off and on. Hope everyone else is having a better day than I.
