So I havent been on here in awhile, But UGH!!! Im literally stuck, to the point I cannot even snack. At. All. I used to allow myself one cheat day, But I cannot even do that now. I cannot reward myself. And I do not know what to do. Its absolutely frustrating :/ I have been stuck for months. :( And it just has me feeling so miserable. Like, why am I even trying anymore? Im not giving up. I never will But Im at a standstill and I cannot understand why. Im not doing anything differently, if anything Im working harder!

Just curious, how many carbs do any of you think I should be in taking on a low carb diet? I'm 23 5'4" and currently weighing 166 trying to get down to 135. Don't know if all the information matters or not. But would just like others input. Thanks

I got down to 158 for my wedding, but something has happened and I just keep gaining no matter what I do. :'( I just don't understand. going to start a low carb and low calorie diet.
