週日-晚餐20:00後開始斷食
周一-斷食
週二-15:30用餐/生酮飲食
週三-15:30用餐/生酮飲食
週四-15:30用餐/生酮飲食
週五-15:30用餐/生酮飲食
週六-12:00~20:00採16:8斷食/低醣飲食
週日-12:00~20:00採16:8斷食/高碳飲食(補碳日)

6/24開始生酮飲食,
6/25已經營養酮症囉~~
平時少吃醣類,入酮前斷食16小時,就可以復酮了~
目前斷食40小時,產生飢餓酮症,還有靠吃的,產生營養酮症,
都非常順利~👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
唯一的不適就是,一下入酮一下脫酮,血糖忽高忽低,頭很暈,一下酮不適,一下醣不適😅

一天一餐,
長期的間歇性斷食+熱量赤字,
但問題是根本不容易吃到基代,
如果吃酮餐也依然吃不到基礎代謝。
