Again not a bad day today, I’ve made a conscious effort to stay away from the snacks today but I do still have a few hours before bedtime 😁
My jog was ok but I felt like a slug today so only managed 2.5 miles, but it’s better than nothing so I’ll take it. Busy day tomorrow so no chance for exercising but I’ll have to make up for it on Saturday and Sunday.

Day 3 and my morning jog went well, again 4 miles achieved...yay! Also food intake was good but just astounded in how many calories are in muesli with added fruit and low fat plain yoghurt 😢 snacking still an issue, which i suppose will be a hard habit to break as i have always loved to snack. Although today, my snacks were a bit healthier. Hoping I can stay strong tomorrow for (pasta night)!

Day two and it’s been a busy one - which started off with a 4 mile jog. So feeling good about that, as I normally jog for 3, but the weather is cooling down here (Shanghai), so I felt a lot happier running. I’m also pleased with my food in take, I just wish I could cut down on the snacks - although the cupboards are almost empty of those, so that should help me cut down. Fingers crossed for a good day tomorrow. Salmon will be on my menu 😊
