Today started so well, one hour of CrossFit boot camp, a good breakfast and a really healthy lunch, then I got home and realized, everything that would make a nice dinner was still frozen and there was nothing healthy in the fridge, so ended with half a bacon sandwich, which didn’t fill me at all, so ended up snacking with crisps and biscuits 😳

So no exercise today as it’s my day off, and I’ve managed to keep the food calories down today but as it’s Friday, and befitting a celebration of the forthcoming weekend, i had a few glasses of wine. I can’t promise to be better over the weekend but I’ll try not to go overboard - at least my lunch dates are centered around healthy eating restaurants. Also pleased with a 0.8 kg reduction for my first 5 days of improved eating and exercise.
