Went to a business expo tonite, the turn out was good. Busy with that today, I didn't get to the gym today. I joined a birthday challenge, got to work those ABS.

When I started the program I weighted 150 lb.'s, I reached my weight goal of 125 lb.'s on 3/1/2011. Love the program, love being a health coach helping other's achieve there weight goals and live a healthier life style.

It's hard for me to eat all these calories, but one thing I portion everything, or I might eat the whole bag. I really like the program that I've been on, it is really a life style change. Just put together my before and after pictures, I'am happy with them, well I'am happy with the new me I should say, I can deal with looking at the ucky pictures now that I lost the weight.

I didn't work out today, but did do alot of walking just not at a gym. Ate my lean and green at Olive Garden, they have a special menu for low fat options gluten free choices or if your watching carbs, as for me all three:) I did work out with weights yesturday, legs, arms, and abs. I didn't finish my food entry yesturday, nor did I enter my food today. Since I was gone most of the day,it was medifast bars every 2 1/2 hrs, their so good with coffee. Great Day!
