Boy couldn't believe I lost weight, need more calories, with me working out. I'am doing weights. Today went out to lunch brought my calories up. Sure alot of fat. I really like entering my food each day helps me to see how I'am doing. Maybe I portion too much. Well I didn't gain so thats good. 125 is where I'am trying to maintain so those are my goals. I love the weight off, it feels like I've got me back from 25 yrs ago.

Yea I got to the gym. Sit-ups and leg work-out. Squats, leg press, leg extentions, leg curl and lunges. Kids are visiting, took khloe around the block, that counts for some exercise.

Planned on going to the gym, almost out the door when my daughter came over with my grandson, great visit. Got a call from her after she got home a frantic call, her yorkie had her baby early or I should say probably on time but her due date was figured wrong. Sadly the little guy died, there was no one home to help get him out. So sad. Hoping for one more puppy to come, poor mama so upset searching for her baby. Must go to gym tomorrow, I don't want to get sore all over again.
