it was depressing I did not lose pounds my last weigh in...but at least I did not gain weight. What i am doing this week is that I am eating 5 smaller meals a day and drinking a min of 2liters of water a day as well. I am also using this Slender Shaper apparatus, which I know wont help me that much to lose my belly and thigh fats, but at least it would tone them a bit. I am also doing some mild isometric exercises I do before going to bed.
oh please, give me results this saturday!!!

1 week with no rice in my diet! I am pretty proud of myself. This challenge came up pretty effortless for me. And I am already getting used to smaller meals. Water also had helped me feeling full and cleanses my system. I also never forget to take calcium and vitamins.

All my life I am obese, I have not wore normal clothes my whole life. Im always on 2XL, 3XL or even 4XL clothes. I have to low self esteem and no confidence.
I am not dreaming of a supermodel body (skinny), I just want to be normal. Like when you go to the department store, I wont be going straight to the plus size section, buying clothes that just fit me and not because I like them.
I also want to be healthy. Everywhere I look in my body...fat, bulges...cellulites...argh!
I just want to be healthy. and normal.
