this week isn't much. everything else is the same except that I lose an inch in my waist. I have not worked out since the day I had my knee accident. Hopefully tonight I would be able to move again, and I would hopefully see great results the next weigh in.

damn! because of my knee I was not able to workout for 4 days in a row now...I tested the scale and I guess I gained a pound...I feel bad. I have to workout tomorrow no matter what! my knee is a bit better, I'll just take care of it while I move. I need to lose that pound out!!!!!

a very bad day last night. on the first 30 mins of my workout....snap! my knee twisted and got dislocated but luckily it came back on. but it hurts like hell! i was so scared its just more than a snap. by God's grace, i woke up this morning (i didn't sleep much because of my knee hurts when it's in a wrong position) and my knee isn't bruised or inflamed. I guess i have to rest it to heal it.
how can I workout now!!!! no matter what I have to move...and this knee wont hinder me.

it feels great that I am already actually seeing results from all the efforts I have been doing for the past 2 weeks. although I must admit it's really a slow one, but at least it's sure.
no rice for i believe more than 2 months now and i am not craving it at all! can you imagine that?
I got tired of just walking, I got bored, lolz! so the new routine i am doing now is HipHop Abs by Shaun T. it's my third day today...I must admit I enjoy it, I sweat like I have never sweat like the way I sweat when i do it. However there are times the upper left side of my tummy hurts, so I kinda take it slow...but I am determined to do this everyday...I chose the Total Body Burn Level 2 workout.
I am hoping for better results the next weigh in!!!
