Carb refeed struggled, but it seems like I may have been able to keep myself in check. And OWNED deadlifts today. Feels like Im really getting stronger!

Think I may just be on the way to making it... but temptation to break down and eat s#!t is overwhelming the kast few days... work been draining beyond words and the steers and bakery on the way home look so inviting as opposed to cooking healthy dinner..

HUGE drop yesterday.. possibly a false low, but Ill take it!! Hoping against hope to reach my goal weight... 5 weeks to go to my dance comp.. gonna have to work my a$$ off to reach 80kg!! Any advice??
