We're all here for different reasons, and are at different points of our weight/health journeys. If you're having a shit day, please don't give up! Keep focused on your goal, you won't get there by giving up. You WILL get there if you keep going! I'm in a lot of pain today, I had a big sulk and could have stayed in bed and done nothing. I'm up and moving now..my body REALLY HURTS but I'm feeling happier and more optimistic. I know it's my brain sending stupid signals to my body to protect me from the world. In the past I would have eaten chocolate to pick me up, I'm off to make porridge instead. Porridge is awesome! That is all, I needed that, thanks for listening 😂🥳

Who'd have thought lowering the amount of crap you eat helps? 😂 Took me almost a year to get back here, plan to stay a while. I'm bouncing around a kg either side through the week, but I now accept this as I know it's just salty snacks, onion and garlic. It comes off fast!

Yikes! I've lost enough, but with recently making better food choices, and feeling fuller, I can't seem to eat enough calories! Can't believe I have to work on eating more, hopefully I won't go back to snacking on delicious, sugary food. Might boil some eggs to keep on standby...the journey continues!

Mystery, I was 400g less yesterday and ate so well. Oh well, this will pass. I've also put goal back up a kg after taking others, as well as my own, advice! I'm at the bottom of my healthy weight range. I need to stop focussing on my lumpy/wobbly bits, that is because I don't exercise enough. I've always looked at myself harshly, and that's not healthy. So, I'll now focus on getting strong and staying in the blue 💙
