Tried this crazy arm workout last night and now my arms are useless. Lol running still going okay, couldn't get as far as last time but I guess you can't improve every time.

My legs have stopped hurting the day after I've run now. Lol I'm up to being able to run 0.65 miles without stopping and I can make it half way up the big hill by my house. :-) Every day I get a little bit further!

Its so cold outside today, I don't want to run. Maybe its time to try the bodyweight exercises I printed out, or some resistance band work. I'm going to meet friends at a bar tonight, hopefully I can stick with my one drink rule. :-)
