well I did break my diet a few times this week but for good cause, went out for ice cream one night which we haven't done in forever, and had pizza on valentines day but still lost 1.6 pounds and now I am proud to saw I am engaged. my boyfriend proposed in his awesome way Valentine's morning after this week I should be back to where I left off with my weight loss in December I cannot wait until the end of this week to see my weight loss. I've never had a bigger goal my wedding time to get this weight off for good

as much of the head games I play with myself, I'm winning..over the last week I have lost 3.3 pounds of the 5 I had gained over the holidays now if my body would stop telling my head it needs sweets u would feel so much better. I am definitely all smiles today over the weight I have lost.

So I am sad to say that the holidays got to me and I went off my diet for almost a month! Good news is that all my clothes still fit the same so I know I haven't gained any inches so time to hop back on the train and get motivated again. A month ago my workout was only a 10 minute toning segment on netflix, but today I decided to kick myself into gear and did 3 10 minute toning segments and a 10 minute stretch putting myself up to a 40 minute workout. Trying to kick it off with a good start!

Just 8 more pounds until I get to my first goal and that will be 32 pounds lost, Even though the weather has been so cold I managed a mile walk with my family yesterday, Have been so busy at work and my hours have been different everyday that I havent worked out in almost a week but hopefully will back into it starting monday.
