had a birthday to go to this week and broke down and ate a piece of cake, and have to admit the day before that my husband had taken me and the kids out to ice cream, and even had frozen yogurt last night. I had not expected to see any weight lose this week and I was very surprised to see the 3 pound difference. This week I plan to follow my diet 100%.

I have been bad about logging on with my computer, I have decided that I am having a very hard time on Atkins since I had reached a plateau and have changed up my diet. I also started a new job so I am hoping with my changes I can continue to lose weight. I have added back fruit and nuts to my diet and a small amount of carbs but trying to eat the whole grain not the white refined carbs.
