Happy Monday all!! wow, I havent been on since friday, well put a new entry in. it feels weird!! but I have good news to report all, we had a busy busy, but I stayed right on track, but not with out some major temptations. For some reason the diet really hit us on sunday, we both hubby and I were starting to get sick of the lack of choices, and repetition of meals. we had taken the kids out to a big Fathers day function and of coarse they were giving out free hot dogs and drinks. smelled soooo good. but, we resisted, and got in the van, and ate what we had brought ( thank goodness, I thought of bringing somthing a long!!) and then when we got home we got the same erge again, to just go out and grab somthing, but again, we prevailed!! then sunday night, there was a big family function at a resuraunt we all had to attend, but again, we were soooooooooooo GOOOD!! we both got the salad bar, and only ate the appropriate phase one chocies ( which honestly wasnt much.) everyone else was enjoying beers, or wines with their fine dinners, and yes we ordered water & herbal tea. of coarse we were the talk and giggles of the night, but we made it through,and are now on day 8 with no cheats at all, and boy dose it feel good!!! so, we have tonight and tomorrow, and then we can say we made it ALL the way through phase 1 ! yayayya!!

so, now for some great news, I stuck to working out 5 days a week also, so last week I was saying we had baseball on wednesday, but its just a fun league so I didnt count that one in for anything, so on saturday I did one of my tae boe dvds, here is the good part though : I put the mission two in, and it was mostly strentgt training, and I know I need the cardio right now, so after getting through some of mission 2 I shut it off and put in another one tae boe cardio blast 45 mins... it was GREAT and totally kicked my hiney, but thats what I need so Iam happy!! I plan on doing another one today aswell.

well, thats my long weekend report, stuck to our guns, worked our booties, and resisted temptation!!! a + ! on to another week, and ready to smash some more fat!!

Well here iam agian, back on here getting motivation and support from all of you, thank you~!!
this mornings been pretty busy, but ive mangaed to stay on track, and now iam juts taking a second to check in and have some frozen grapes!! yumm, I have to say!!

yesterdays meal plan went like this :

some dried fruit in the am, then some oatmeal and plain yougurt.

I hade some brown rice with a tomatoe sauce for lunch

had a smoothie with the kids in the afternoon

and supper was roasted veggies (YUM!) over top of rice and mushrooms, was another hit with the fam. and then later on for a snack hubby and I shared a smoothie.... so, all in all a great day for us. :)

I did, my taebo, and today I plan on getting another taebo session in with billy here in a few minuets, so you can bet ill be back for an update later on.

awww, Ill try not to be so bubbly now I guess guys! I just figure that I midaswell go through this thing and be as happy as possible, no snese in grumbling through it!! hhehe,

so, with that I have an update before I go to bed. I bought a new scale and!!!! it had some good news. so like I was saying before I weighed myself after christmas, which left me discouraged, at 167 and I havent weighed myself since. then the scale issues, sooooo now since starting the FSD, I'am now weighing 159 !!! so I cant say for sure what my start weight was, but I know it was at least 165... so, all I have to say is Iam a happy lady right now!! the 60's are gone, and iam ready to knock down the 50's!!!

ahhh, now its time for me to rest my my little head, and dream sweet dreams. catch ya'all in the morning, for day 5 of this wonderful adventure!!
