Still no weight movement but since being given the go ahead for a dedicated exercise routine with my knees, the changes have been visible. It’s nothing drastic but it’s the motivation I’ve been needing to keep going.

No weight shift but I can feel in the way my clothes fit and the ease with which my muscles carry me through tasks that fat is shifting and muscles are growing.

Had a splurge at breakfast so I’m gonna have to be strict for lunch and dinner... the urge to stuff myself is strong.

Have come home from university for a month but spent the first five days sick and just recovering from the general lack of sleep that has been the last six weeks. BUT they have a scale here so now that I’m healthy again I’m back at it. Weighing in on their scale which I’ll be using from now until I leave (which is one of those disk ones that only works in whole numbers and guesswork for the decimals which isn’t ideal but it’s better than nothing)
