Have done really well the last 3 days, BECAUSE I’m at work. I work night shift 12 hours and can pretty much stick to my structured eating plan. BUT my days off are harder. My husband does keep me busy pretty much throughout the day, but come evening and night the eating binge begins. The last 3 days I was off, I managed to gain 4+ pounds, and they don’t come off as easy as they came on. Praying that sticking with a challenge will help, since I’m off the next 2 nights.

1. journaled every thing I ate today.
2. drank 4 - 16.9 ounce bottles of water today and 1 cup of tea.
3. Rode recumbent bike for 50 minutes and did 9 minutes of chair pilates.
