Tried keto pizza today. I had just two slices and I felt very full. Mind you, I used to finish an entire large pizza from Romans pizza by myself. I commend the high fat diet on being super filling.

Yesterday ended up turning into an impromptu cheat day. But I didn't go too extreme, I was craving a milkshake but I ended up having a Kauai Choc Nut smoothie. It definitely did the job.

Pretty odd meal I know, but I'm just so over eggs, lettuce, cucumber etc. Right now I'm just trying to keep my body in ketosis.
