Turmoil, toil, trials, and tribulations! Wow, the last few months have been rough on my goals! At the end of October, I received orders reassigning me to Ft. Sill, OK. Not the end of the world, I guess, but it sure seemed like it. Moving was hell, and more than a month without a kitchen was killer to my waistline!
That's right, folks. Between January and March, I gained over 30 pounds! So, all things considered, quite the backslide for me. I'm back on my way down now, from my almost ridiculous 237, I'm now back down to 213. I'm making my diet super-strict until I get back down to a manageable level, and then trying to make better choices to stay there. My ultimate goal hasn't changed, still 185. I just have further to go to get there.
