Just did 15 minutes cardio and 15 minutes dance cardio #BURN ,now on to weights (shoulders,abs,thighs..in a nutshell more BURN 🌋💥👏💗)

Any advice on IF and how to maintain resistance ?
So far been seeing great results and have developed a lot self control and mental focus , I recommend it 🤓
