Late night fired chips snacking 🍟
kind of a weakness
that and my sweet tooth 😁
Like that , we all have different likes and dislikes , so we all will reach our goals at different lengths .
You can feed 2 kids same foods daily and still will have different numbers on the scale .
Today I reached a glimmer of doubt , so mine asked me what I would do if I stopped training ,and the thought scared I don't think I would be mentally stable without it , let alone my body would be hit with a lot of shock , I could lose or gain weight with the shock .
I've been working out since I was in school it's something I'm passionate about and love I block out the world and there's nothing that exists in that moment , those endorphins being out the best in me .
2 reasons behind this
#1 Everyone is different and no matter how much you try you could never look identical to someone else , if it's what you want go ahead , but if you're hurting yourself go the healthy way , that way your not harming yourself and your body's unique results will appear .
#2 Never doubt something you're passionate ate about you love , you love it . People will often come up to you and say I'm not overweight but if I trained or ate healthy I'll look better than you! or my favourite "if you stop training your gonna gain weight like me I was there I did that I trained so hard and gained weight after all that training "

no one begged you you eat in like you did in your bulking or training days you make a commitment love up to it l, also if you think you're gonna look better than me working out , let's do this ! I've been looking for a gym buddy ,but I kinda love to see you eat healthy .
Everyone out here is doing there best , please you are no one to judge anyone's progress or compare yourself , if you want it be an inspiration let it be don't harm others along the way .
Also it's important to stay hydrated , stay awesome healthy farm 😂🍶

I kinda made this shes my style icon and I guess I had do sonething to add protein for muscle growth , late nught chips will be burned off after my fruity breakfast !

it's soooo late yet I did my workout 🏋
despite the freezing weather , I told myself if it's the last thing I do today I have to squeeze my workout in ...and I definitely did
Distractions come and go find what motivates you and 've strict on yourself sometimes we say we're going through with it then quit due to distractions .I always tell myself treat it like an exam work hard and dedicate yourself to it 🏆
