Still working on the new me. Know what I want and what I have to get there. Know about the sacrifices to be made. Still working on my eating plan, need to go shopping. Realised that EVERYTHING in my fridge and cupboard is JUNK. First note to self.... if it is in 'n box or a packet I will not eat it. I did stop smoking 6 months ago, and that I also did with some planning and meditating and it worked :) BUT another note to self ..... Did cut back on 15 cups of coffee and 3 sugar in each and 2lt coke a day. Only had 2 cups of coffee no sugar bit of milk and WATER. Gym booked, daily instructor booked for 6 months ....... Decided to go with the calorie count. I must have an intake of no more than 1730 cal per day. My plan is.... Stay on calorie count, keep saturated fat low, keep cholesterol low and NO TARNS FAT. STARTING MONDAY 25 AUGUST 2014 - for now it is chicken, water and cucumber daily.
