1 Year and 56lbs later...BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS *Drum Roll Please*

This is the first time since starting my weight loss journey in August 2012 where I have felt like I could actually show a before and after photo. Before and afters used to really motivate me when I first started and they still do now so if this can motivate even just one person to stay strong then I feel that the embarrassment of showing you what I REALLY used to look like just under 1 year ago is totally worth it :) I still remember how it felt to look like that and I never want to feel like that again, that thought alone is enough to make me put down the icecream and go for a run! So this is it, 12 months and 56lbs later...oh, and a bottle of peroxyde! I am not finished of course, I still have about 20lbs that I want to lose but I've managed to get a big chunk of weight off to date, so here goes!

At 202 lbs in August 2012 (I am the one with the black hair!):





And this is me now, at 146lbs :)




Honestly, I know everyone says this, but if I can then anyone can do it. I can't say I'm particularly motivated to do anything major in life but the way I feel now compared to how I felt back then is worth every little bit of blood, sweat and tears I've had to endure in the last year :) Good luck everyone, always believe in yourselves!
