Woahhh, I'm so ill. Seriously. Expected a weight gain as a) I've done the Jillian Michaels 30 day slimdown for...8 days I think? maybe 7... and b) I've got the flu. I was feeling pretty rough yesterday but I knew that today was my official 'rest day' on the JM programme so I sucked it up and did my NMTZ 40 odd minute work out which nearly killed me. Needless to say, I didn't push myself as hard as I normally do as I could barely breathe and my energy was close to zero, but I got it in just before dinner knowing that today woould be much worse than yesterday...boy was a right! Haven't slept at all, ate a banana this morning and got indigestion and although I need to keep my fluids up, the last thing I want to do is drink water when my throat feels like there's a cactus stuck inside it and my stomach is being a rascal with everything I throw down there. I officially folded about...30 seconds ago, when I asked my colleague to get me some maltesers from the vending machine upstairs, they're going down good! (surprise!) could probably do with the sugar kick actually, trying to stay awake until home time - yes, I made it into work, only 3 and a half hours to go :( Anyhow! Have been doing really well with my workout/eating this entire week, been doing lots of weights/ab work and I'm definitely feeling the difference so I'm happy about that - my belt is slightly looser too :) Hopefully I don't get worse as I do need to work out tomorrow but luckily it's only the 30DS level 1 which is about 20 minutes long, I think I can probably manage that...I hope!
