Low carb Lunch!
BJ's Brewhouse. Cobb salad, fried pepperoni and Shishito peppers, green beans, cauliflower and... good prime rib!

Breakfast for Lunch! (especially since I missed breakfast)
The usual low carb tortilla, ribeye leftovers, bacon, cheese, mushroom, serrano, green onion, Cholula and kefir cheese! Avocado oil and butter played some role in this too.

Reverse seared ribeye and whiskey - God Bless America!
220°F applewood smoked Prime ribeye to 129° internal temp, rested then seared. Jameson Caskmates Stout on the rocks. Two types of herb butter: basil and serrano/green onion.
VERY low carb and soooo good!

Bacon shrimp egg cheese brunch taco!
3g net carb butter grilled Mission tortilla, sous vide then seared thick cut bacon, leftover gently nuked shrimp, Gordon Ramsay style butter scrambled egg(only one b/c I'm on a diet), Dubliner cheese and the usual homegrown serrano and green onion.
This combo was greater than the sum of its parts, the flavors and textures really worked well together. Can't think of any carby food I'd trade this for!
Tip: The cheap .50-$1 green onions that are sold at the grocery store can be planted in a simple container(gallon water jug with top cut off, drainage holes poked in bottom) and you can have fresh green onions every day!
