Had a really rough day yesterday and had a couple of crackers, and a piece of bread, on top of my normal eating. So, not unhappy with no loss. It could have been so much worse, of I had given in to eating more.

A small loss after some lovely Japanese Soba cooked for me. There weren't many veggies which I might add if I have it again.

Losing 1.4 kg a Week

Still losing weight while supporting my husband who needs to lose a large amount of weight in a few months, to prepare for possible surgery.
We both have 2 Optifast shakes a day, one for breakfast, one for lunch, and we have a low calorie dinner with lots of veggies. Our daughter in law cooked a lovely chicken, cashew and vegetable dish with a small amount of wholemeal rice last night. It was a restaurant quality dish too.
