But shouldn't you measure your progress. Absolutely. I feel that since I've only started recently and haven't been very consistent, progress for me is getting more consistent. progress right now is following my plan as closely as possible and it becoming more of a habit. Results are the least of my concerns if I don't actually do the very things that will help me reach my goals.

I think I need to give myself time. Time to get used to my personal health plan, time to have the new habits established before I start looking for results. Let me not put pressure on myself to get results now. Let me rather focus on being consistent with the new habits. I believe this is what it means to trust the process. Don't worry about the results. They will come. Focus your attention to the things that brings the results and leave the rest to time. by the way, time is also a factor.

The F.E.E to health is fasting, eating, exercising. And these have to be done regularly. Practice intermittent fasting and extended fasting schedules. Eat real food where you prioritise protein, don't fear fat and minimise carbohydrates. Exercise regularly at various intensities. Pay this fee consistently and your health will improve.
