Light lunch- ok, so my Ryvita multigrain cruskit broke up in my lunch box, so, I thought let’s make a “mash up” and use my avocado skin as a vessel 🤔 so here it is, 1/4 avocado with 1 “crushed” cruskit, pepitas and sunflower seeds 😁

Making pesto 😀 Fresh basil, mint, oregano, garlic, red birdseye chili, toasted pine nuts, sesame seeds, parmesan, lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil. So fresh, healthy and delicious, I’m having it on fresh bread I made at college yesterday 👍
