Fat Friday

So, today is the infamous 'fat friday' in the office. Basically, everyone uses fridays as an excuse to order pizza and bring in a ridiculous amount of cake and chocolate to eat throughout the day.

My fat friday normally consists of just buying a chocolate bar and having that alongside my 'normal everyday food' but today is different, I want today to be different. All I'm thinking about is the Snickers I normally have and I do really want one...but I've been 164.8lbs for 2 days now, which means I will drop tomorrow, and if I don't, I will drop BIG on Saturday. I haven't broken past the 164 barrier in a while and I really really want to. I don't drop consistenly, I stay the same for 2 or 3 days then drop a couple of lbs all at once and I know that a chocolate bar won't help with that, also as I'm planning to do ZERO exercise today :) That's my fat friday.

Going to keep drinking TONNES of water to kill off this friday chocolate habit and get a salad at lunch. I'm so excited to be on the homerun to the 150's again, the day I see 159 on the scales I will be OVER THE MOON!

Goodbye fat friday, we had fun for the last 2 and a half years.
