Had a cheat night last night and woke up 2lbs heavier. I'm not even going to log it because I'm so angry at myself. Yesterday's intake:
Breakfast: none
Lunch (500cals approx): small 5 bean salad + chocolate cooler from Costa
Dinner (400 cals): chicken breast with broccoli, spinah and sweetcorn
Then...well. A bag of chocolate buttons, a kind egg, marshmallows, Haribo, a further chocolate bar. I can't even explain myself, I don't know what happened, I couldn't stop. I felt sick but had to finish the buttons, I remember stuffing the last few in and feeling like I actually might be sick.
That binge cost me 2lbs. I feel hideous, I can see it in my face when I look in the mirror I look terrible. Water fast today, praying to the heavens that the 2lbs come off ASAP I can't live with this 1 step forward 3 steps back every time.
It is now 4pm and I've had nothing but water. I feel fine, I'm not even hungry, probably because I ate like a beast yesterday. Never again. I might have to water fast again tomorrow if they don't shift :( I'm such an idiot, honestly.
