Don't support this. The weight loss is from not having time to eat while being a caregiver. Kind of ironic to cook 3-4 different diets for 4-15 people, have tons of food around yet not have time or the right food to eat. If I was a sugar burner I would have collapsed weeks ago. Being a fat burner, I can do unplanned OMAD's and function perfectly even at 1/3-1/2 normal calories. Been donating platelets weekly. That was not a weight loss tip! :) Bad part is that I can't eat the piles of Dorritos, cookies, cakes, etc. that the blood donation center offers!

Hot smoked steelhead trout. Also did a reverse sear 2.6lb tomahawk ribeye but I post too many ribeye pics. Paired great with Suntory whiskey on the rocks!

Baked salmon with panko/almond crust, 5g net carb giant tortilla, slaw and Haas. Fine chopped almonds, panko and minced shallots are browned in butter. Flour dredge and egg wash on fish, chicken or whatever. Put on a thick coating then bake on wire rack.
