Sunday--Day Off! Not Really but I didn't get up until 5:45 am and I walked for an hour at a snail's pace. After yesterday's bootcamp I couldn't have ran if my life depended on it. I'm sure glad hubby found the snake hanging from the kitchen curtains instead of me!
Breakdfast - Shredded wheat and banana
Snack - 1/2 fuji apple
lunch - 1/2 cheeseburger, a oouple of fries, splenda sweetened ice tea
dinner plans - oven jerk chicken and salad

Saturday morning bootcamp consisted of a 1.2 mile run plus indoor exercises mixed with interval laps. I made it! Yesterday I was totally off plan...got to do better today.

I don't know if I'm stupid or just plain crazy. Worked out Thursday afternoon with personal trainer and then back again this morning at 6 am for morning bootcamp. I'm wondering if I should allow myself a greater recovery period? Tried on size 10 formal dress for my 30th anniversary. Can't close the bottom zip...so that's my motivation!

"NO MUFFIN TOP"
Morning walk was solo and Sloooow! So I used the time alone to focus on me! What do I like...mornings! I like that I haven't given up yet also. I slid into a new size 10 jeans and my old size 10 skinny jeans. Had a bit of a "muffin top" with my ultra low rise size 10 so back into the closet they go until the scale moves again. Didn't buy the new jeans...just tried them on in a store. Did buy a figure hugging size 10 wrap dress which I wearing today! Started using a personal trainer on Tuesday and hoping for good results.,.. the litmus test is
"NO MUFFIN TOP"
