Really hot out yesterday ...don't usually drink diet pop but drank a litre of diet coke...yes I know its bad for you...but ya....also ate home made chili...with the weight fluctuation I am hoping its just water retetention from the pop...that or home made chili is bad for you too. :( back to counting daily. Not sure how many calories consumed yesterday...didn't really think it was that bad ...note gluten free whole grain bread has a lot of calories and doesn't really seem to satisfy the need like spelt or dark rye breads do.

frustrated.......I have gained weight...and need to adjust my calories obviously...I will need to count daily...and not go over 1200 max ..target 1000. Adjusting workouts as well to include full body movements in between weight sets, today worked out for over an hour and completed all the additional full body movements. I was in a lot of pain walking home ..my Achilles tendons caused me a lot of aggravation even though it was taped . I will continue on a daily basis and counting calories and making notes and will stay positive that I can do this.

rather down today....I am working out on a regular basis...not eating poorly at all...I am starting the Scarsdale Medical Diet sunday March 2nd in hopes that the approximate 1000 calorie diet will jump start weight loss. Achilles tendon still hurts when I walk too much..I did 20 minutes in the pool on Friday after my weight training to try and mix up cardio other then sitting on my butt doing the bike at the gym.
