Followed meal plan pretty well. I did not make it to Curves though - I was busy enough, they are closed when I get off and when they open later, I pick my daughter up from school and then I am not motivated to go after I drop her off. I'll try to make myself go to Curves this week.
This week my work schedule, and position, changes. I start earlier and I got a promotion! Along with the promotion is new duties for me that I will be learning but I should catch on quickly. The main problem is we have three of us in the house with (now) three different start times to our days (work for each my husband and I, and school for my daughter) and only two vehicles. Looks like I will be without a car and will be waiting a couple of hours before my daughter can get me from work when she is out of school. We'll see how it goes.

Worked on what Jenny Craig foods I had with my own meal plans. Went to Curves once this week. Resisted Starbucks except for one day.

Over two weeks ago on 10/14, I weighed 136.8, and today I weigh 137.2. Not bad as I was out of state and was in a Sweet Adelines International competition. Doing that you are out of your home eating, drinking water, (and bathroom) routine so I figured I would gain weight. We were also at my mother-in-law's house a couple of days before and after the competition.
I went to Jenny Craig this morning and I had lost .2 ounces from two weeks ago! Wow! That was a shocker but I know I did not eat completely as I should nor was I drinking enough water during those days I was gone.
Now I can get back to my eating and my water routine and get back to going to Curves. I hope to be down 2 pounds (maybe more) by Thanksgiving.

Weight before leaving home for 10 days away from home. Will not take the scale. Will be in Iowa and then for Sweet Adelines International competition in St. Louis, MO. I will try to eat the right foods and I will be active in St. Louis but not regular exercising. I will see how it goes. Hopefully no weight gain. I did not make it to Curves last week either. :(
