I did not record my diet for a few days because I eat homemade leftovers mostly, no nutritional labels, did not limiting carbs, sugar or salt, but continue to loose weight.

In 18 days I have lost about 7 lbs. so my calcs say that if I continue like this I will be down to 180 in 72 days. or 10 weeks or by Christmas. Problem is last time i weighed 180 I was working out at the gym 3 days a week and had a much higher muscle mass to fat ratio, so I was in better shape.

Because of type II diabetes I have a continuous glucose monitor and the first reports are that I am doing great, but even with meds i think generally I see my body needs more time to process carbs and my resting/fasting glucose rate is still high, about 110. Higher then pre-covid. My last A1C was 6.3.

Minor issues with water retention, ie: heart failure. I watch this very closely. Today I get blood work done to watch my kidney functions. So by Friday I should know better my internal health.
