Wasn't sure if I was still burning fat as I hadn't seen a weight change in several days, but checked with ketostix and they were still dark..woo hoo..so I expect a weight change any day

(and yes I know they don't recommend using ketostix but have them and will not be wasting them, at least I can tell there is a change in the positive direction with them)

Feel good about how I'm doing even though the scales aren't moving. No Halloween candy in my house !! woot woot.

Measured today and have lost 15.5 inches so far this year and down 15 pounds from Jan 1..Feeling OK about it but wish it was more. Am going to start working harder at it starting this next week.

It is cold out but beautiful walking day. Had most of the day so far to myself so I got nearly the entire house cleaned and vacuumed..have lots of energy..

Have decided to move on to Phase 2, as I feel I need about 22 to 25 net carbs a day at this point. So far only adding more vegetable carbs not nuts, berries, fruit or anything..so far.
