HELP ANYONE!!!
Lately I have been experiencing abdominal muscle cramps. It switches to different ones and sometimes they are multiple in different muscles. I feel like the guy in Alien in the scene where the alien bursts out of the guys stomach, minus the alien of course. Maybe is due to low potassium or too much abdominal exercises. My question to all is: Have you ever had these muscle cramps before? If so, what did you do to prevent them from coming back. I am currently using my Spectro Chrome therapy and it is working but wish to know what other options are available. Since I am sick and I am coughing alot, it does not help my abdominals, when I cough.

Learn from my dumb ass mistake!!!!
Always after you come out of a sickness period, sterilize, sanitize everything you came in contact with. This way you will not get the sickness again like I just did.
Mid April I was sick with a cold and it only took me 7 days to be over it. I have a secret weapon, and that is Spectro Chrome therapy. Anyway, on the 5th day I was 90 % better so I decided to go exercise and when I went outside it was in the upper 40's and I used one of those disposable masks to warm up my breath. Needless to say I must of cough a few times during my jog and bingo was his naymo. On May 23rd, I went out again for a jog and it was cold and I used the same mask and next day I started to have the symptoms. Now I am on day 2 and I am paying for it, but due to my tonations, I am not as bad as I was back in April. I am now 90% better and I already trashed the mask on the 24th. Just remember this story for your future sickness issues and don't forget to make sure everything is sanitized and change your mask if you live in a cold region like I do. Now if I can only find a recipe for a chicken soup that is flour, wheat free ingredients. Wishing happiness and health.

this is my weight after midday. Being sick has its ups and downs. The up part is losing weight, the down part is you feel lousy with the conditions. O well, I take the good and the bad.
