Did the detox last week, but cravings were out of control by the weekend and ended up indulging in most of them that weekend, ugh. I don't think I've ever eaten that many vegetables and fruits! Makes me much more aware of how delicious a salad can be without dressing (but add fruit!) and how great it makes you feel to eat raw. Not having dairy helped me to realize that I think I have an intolerance there. A little disappointed in myself for binging over the weekend... probably should have just went off track for ONE meal instead of two whole days! Note to self: When I get off track, just get right back on and start again - don't drag it out! AND that eating like crap makes me feel like crap! :)

Made sure to track everything this week, to try and keep myself in line. I think I did pretty well this week. Diet was higher in fat than I would have liked, but I think a good bit were good fats, like those in almonds, so not sure how to handle that. Probably should watch that for next week. Also, since I was so busy this week, I found it hard to eat all 1900 calories and ended up around 1400 instead.

Next week - (1)Make time for exercise; (2) Prep the week's food in advance.
