Countdown: 40 days
I'm going to hit my goal in 13 days, if my maths are correct, but I'm not completely happy so I'm going to continue cutting until the date I originally thought my goal would land on - ironically falling on my best friend's birthday; we're going to cut fast together on tempura at her favourite place. That gives me time for another... ooh... 9lbs maybe, so I'm shifting goal from 185 to 176.

Looooooong Saturday and one of the most active on records but it was the perfect day ♥️ feeling really good now, goal is in sight and ahead of schedule

Banana milkshake and a bowl of fruits and yoghurt just to hit targets. Always feels like cheating, but I know it isn't.
